1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, and opened consumables are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Opened hygiene or personal care products
  • Gift cards or promotional items
